Bounty Missions Vanishing?

Not sure if this is a known issue? It would seem that after a Bounty Mission has started, you go in and do one of the difficulties and then when you go to the next one the whole bounty has disappeared and a new one by someone else has begun? This has happened a handful of times and seems like an error or bug? I tried to find a similar post and an unsure as to why this keeps happening. Anyone else?
