Yondu not inflicting armor break on Emma Frost

According to the description of of Yaka Arrow, Yondu is supposed to have a 25% chance to inflict bleed unless the target is immune to bleed in which case the target has a chance to receive an armor break. When Emma Frost is in Diamond Form and Yondu hits her with the Yaka Arrow it does not bleed or armor break. Instead it throws the "Immune" text when the Yaka Arrow would have inflicted a bleed. Is this a bug or is Emma immune to Yondu's bleed and armor break? I personally think Yondu could use the utility uptick if he is allowed to armor break Emma as it make him a very viable counter.

Yondu and X23 have abilities that change depending on the immunities of the opponent. In both cases, it relates to the opponent's natural immunity, not an immunity gained from an ability or a node buff.

Both will inflict bleed when their opponents can bleed. However, if the opponents gain an immunity during the fight (like IWIM's armor ups, Emma's diamond form) or gains an immunity due to a node buff then Yondu/X23 will not inflict anything and the screen will show "Immune". IWIM and Emma can both bleed during a fight, therefore Yondu will not armor break during their immune phase.

This makes sense though it would be nice if it was more explicitly stated as such in the description. At least in Yondu's case. It merely states "if the target is immune to bleed" and doesn't lay out any other conditions.
