Swipes didn't respond at all

NOOOOOOOOPEEEEE

I was starting in a fight in AQ when for a majority of the fight my swipes weren't responding costing me the match. My champ didn't block dash back or even attack until I was at half health. Don't know what cause this but before that fight I also had one where the frames were all over the place.
