Game will not work

The game is opening but i cant pmay or open crystals. My avatar doesnt even show. And the bottom right menus are boxex out white. This is 4 days of sending tickets! Why isnt this working and when will it be fixed! I have tried on multiple devises and same results! I have missed most of aw and aq and 4 days of the events. I expect to be compensated.
