No title for act 5

I just completed (not explored) 5.2 (I never want to see the collector again) and I didn't get the grandmasters favour or the uncollected title.

Do they review it before giving these out?

    I got the title, my first blue one.
    Do you get grandmasters favour in your inventory like the keys to unlock master quests or LOL or just the title?
