Which is the better rank up, Rulk or Venom the Duck

So I have both a rank 3 Venom the Duck and Rulk 5*. Neither are duped. I dont have a rank 4 cosmic or science and these are my best options, so who is the best choice. My current rank 4's are sabertooth and a 6* Juggernaut. Fml

    I've voted venom the duck because overall hes a better champion IMO..

    BUT...

    it also depends on your roster? If you have domino and massacre at a high rank then Rulk would be a better option but if not then id say VTD is overall the better choice
