I just pulled SS and took him to rank 3 with the rank up gem I got from act 6.
I've had a tech gem for forever, does he need it or should I wait for Ghost?
I'm half a t2a from taking him (or Ghost) to rank 4

If you don't have ghost, no reason to wait. SS benefits from awakening a lot, I used my tech gem on him

I used a generic on him when he was already r5 and still don't regret it even if I hardly use him these days

It makes a much larger difference to his damage output than a lot of people claim

How could I possibly have a rank 3 Silver Surfer?
I thought it was obvious
