Why my 6* Winter soldier prestige is 0 at sig 40?

I have 6* ws at sig40 and its prestige is 0. I tried many calculators and prestige bots but it shows 0 or error. Why?
I took screenshot of him with all masteries removed. Can anyone help me to get his prestige?
