Update of Joe Fixit suddenly disappeared [Not A Bug]

I just acquired the catalyst to upgrade my champion. After using the majority of saved up iso-8 to upgrade him to over a 3000 level, I exited the game after a few fights and came back and all the upgrades were gone. I now cannot seem to restore them, even after exiting and signing back into the game. What's up with this? Anyone know what could have happened,and more importantly how to get this upgrade back? If all my work is lost, I probably won't have any reason to continue. Can anyone help?

    Hey @sammythet. For an issue like this, you would want to submit a ticket to Customer Support so that they can review your account. You can submit a ticket in the game by tapping the gear icon in the top left corner of the app, then choosing Support. Thanks!
