Human Torch combo bug

When using Human Torch I’ve noticed odd timing with his strikes on numerous occasions allowing the AI opponent to fire off specials in the middle of being hit by a combo. This is making Human Torch basically unusable for someone was lucky enough to pull him from a crystal.
