Can a Mod please verify exactly what the Weakness debuff directly affects? I've never been one to pay much attn to all the different debuffs and buffs is one reason for this post, and the main reason being that I was under the impression that Weakness just lowers a champs atk rating, which I assume means the amount of damage points able to be inflicted per hit. Would that be correct of me, or is there more to it than what I was able to find?
