Time to get GMC shards instead of PHC shards for Uncollected/Cavalier

Considering Cavalier crystals are now a thing for the people with the Cavalier title, and 4* are going out of the meta with the introduction of Act 6, can the Uncollected and Cavalier Summoners get GMC shards/crystals instead of PHC shards/crystals from whatever source gives out PHCs?
