AQ tier2 debuff immune line & x23

Hi thanks early for looking into this. x23 is supposed to get a cruelty buff if her opponent is bleed immune, this doesn't happen against the debuff immune line of champs in AQ.

    Im Think ot Becasse the champ is not normal imun to it But a node.
