Big problem with 2015 rank up gems

The rank ups are restricted as it is with it being class specific, but to also have them for a year where there was only 57 champs and 14 of them are either not available or you have to spend on crystals and hope for RNG is an insult to the player base that’s just short of 25% of the champs why keep bringing out that 25% as featured crystals they are 4 years old and should be available to EVERY player in the basic pools I get some champs are special like kang, deadpool and vision but the others there’s no excuse why they shouldn’t be in basic
