Forgot to add these screenshots.. same iceman, from Variant #2, 3.3.
While i was watching seatin’s stream the damage was totally different and while i played the quest, the damage was doubled!!

I doubt, and even if he has some point in mastery, the damage can not be reduced by half!!

He has energy resistance in his base stats. Is not described in his abilities, but its theres.
You can check the spotlight discussion thread if you find it, is there confirming it

Thanks, I found a thing saying that he is resistant to electro’s sp and static shok, but i don’t know if i can apply the same thing against the iceman. will try my hyperion 4* r5
