What constitutes a "Known Issue"?

It purports to set out the list of known issues, but its seems to leave out certain matters that, to the best of my knowledge, have been acknowledged by mods here to be, at the very least, under investigation. Such matters include:

Just wondering why these do not constitute "known issues". Any explanation will be appreciated. If nothing else this is a helpful "master" thread of sorts for people to know the "merged threads" on these issues which have been acknowledged by the game team.

The Known Issues thread represents a selection of issues that are under investigation or have a resolution incoming. Just because something isn't listed there doesn't mean it isn't also being investigated. That said, we can look at possibly getting a couple of these added.
