I can’t understand why I still haven’t got my act 6 rewards

I spent units to do this ! So I get the rewards , yet no reward and every single ticket I put it I get same response you have had long enough now i want a response more importantly I want my rewards @Kabam Zibiit don’t close this post give me an answer plz
