Synergy question

I’m messing around in the labyrith and thought I’d try around the Nick Fury synergy as he gives +20% attack to heros once he’s koed. Took him along yj and antman for the added attack bonus and tried out a 5r4 hero, x23 being the one. Low and behold, did not get the extended enrage timer. But if I do double antman and yj I do. This a bug or intended?
