Advice for recruiting

Hi anyone reading, had a great spell of recruiting from this over the past few weeks but it seems to have dried up. Anyone got other ways to recruit other than the forums and global chat (I hate it with a passion). Any advice would be appreciated

    I'm pretty much in the same boat. I know there is a recruiting chat group on LINE, but I'm sure it's a similar scenario.

    Overall, lot's of high expectations and specifics for those who are looking for a new Alliance. Cant' say I blame them if they are trying to get the best rewards for their time as quickly as possible.

    I would say keep plugging away and expect it to be a long process at this point. If they don't respond to your messages, then move on quickly to avoid chasing someone who is just probing or ignores anyone who doesn't represent a G1/G2 or Platinum Alliance.

    My guy cheers the advice, I’m in a chat on Line but everyone in that wants gold or ^^^ so no point even being in there lol, if anyone reads this and is keen my Line ID is bradmercer

    Patience is key. It takes time but you will get there. Dont worry to much if you run on a dry sterak because you will still get one or two members who will join. Just keep an eye on global and forums its all about timeing you will find the right members at the right time. I know its hard im almost always looking for members but dont stress about it people will join if they see you are a good alliance. And people will spread the word who is in your alliance.
