Tech and Skill Advancement have ran twice already. Where are the other classes? I need mutant advancement to run. There needs to be a pattern to these solo events.

    I ranked and level up War Machine due to expiring T4BC and seeing I missed one Tech Advancement. Then another appears.

    Sigh!
