Halls of healing active for a week for patch 22.0 bugs

This last month with the latest patch has been terrible.
The game was essentially broken and I among others i am sure have had to waste/use our valuable resources to overcome these bugs.
So i feel as a form of compensation and good will, the halls of healing should be reintroduced for say a week or something to allow people to re-accumulate those resources
