Wolverine x23 Vs Archangel, who to rank up

Hi,
i have wolverine x23, awaken level 26 and Archangel awaken level 21.
Both rank 4.
who should i rank it up to rank 5.

Assuming you are talking about 4*s, personally I would rank up both since X-23 got regeneration and AA has Ability reduction, both of which comes handy in different situations. So if you don't have a good ability reduction champion, go with AA first and then X-23 or if you need a good regen champ go with X-23 first and then AA.
For 5*s, go with AA, X-23 has enough regen and bleed in Rank 4 to go through contents.
