Will the scavenger crystals be coming back?

I saw a few rounds of them. Was lucky enough to pull a 4* tech Spidey. Cashed out a ton of chips to get a few more and they're gone. Will they be returning? I really don't follow those special champ crystals much. SE Spidey has been the first to catch my attention
