Nik fury vs Quake

I going through uncollected monthly, and I had to face Nik fury with my quake. After getting him to enter fury’s fury, her evade stops working, as many of us know. This made me take a look at their abilities. 
Now quake inflicts concussion, which causes ability accuracy reduction. However her evade comes from the infliction of concussion, not the ability accuracy reduction. Because of this, she should still be able to evade nik fury’s attack’s in this stage
Archangel also is not impacted by ability accuracy reduction, however, quake is still able to evade his attacks. another example is Corvus Glaive, who can be inflicted with bleed, even though he is immune while he has the glaives immunity active.
