Collection Filter Incomplete

I noticed that the new collection filter is not working properly. It's only showing a small sample of the champions I'm missing. Maybe this is as intended? Is anyone else having the same issue or am I misunderstanding how this is supposed to work?

For example, I've attached a filter of my 5* tech roster. As you can see, I'm missing a lot more champions than currently shown.

I'm on Android OS.

    It shows what you have not yet discovered in any rarity. Not just 4* or 5* ext
