Specials thrown durning blocking BUG

After updating, defenders are still throwing specials in between blocked hits. I imagine this is a greater issue with the overall reaction time of defenders. It literally happened the first AQ fight after updating so I doubt this is some obscure occurance. Please fix this and soo many other issues because the game is much less fun right now.
Not that it matters but I'm running updated iPhone7

Hey there,

As we mentioned in our release notes, that fix is coming in our 23.0.1 Hotfix that should be released in the next couple of days.

Does this mean just this specific issue or are they fixing the overall defender/AI reaction time, etc?
