Confused - need help on removed rewards after ban

Hello team,
I have been reaching out to the support team for some time, but have been unable to get clear answers.
I was recently banned for what was deemed to be 'third party app use' when I finished two paths of Labyrinth of Legends. It was a 7 day ban which I accepted, however upon the ban being lifted, some of my items from previous content completion - this included the removal of a 5* champion completely (Ghost - who had been opened a total of 3 times - Signature level 40).
I was recently able to complete the Variant Back Issues Volume 1 and received the exploration rewards which included a 5* Rank up Gem in Cosmic 2015 which I used on Venom and also a Rank up 4 to 5 Gem in Science which I used on Red Hulk.
After the ban, I noticed my Ghost had been removed, also all of my 5* rank up gems from rank 3 to 4, but not my Rank up 4-5 gem which I used on Red Hulk.
Upon contacting Kabam Support, they advised me that the rewards were taken due to the 'third party apps' being used to complete Labyrinth of Legends, yet all the rewards taken were from completely other content that was unrelated.
Can you please help?
I have attached screenshots of my roster before and after - with Ghost and 5 star rank 5 Red Hulk, and after where Ghost is now missing. My 5 star Rank 5 Red Hulk is still there. My Venom is now Rank 3, with no gem to rank him up as you can see in the items screenshot. I have attached the reply from Support advising that it was due to the Labyrinth completion also. Other screenshots show me fighting Maestro which took over 1000 hits and multiple revives (clearly not a third party app!!). Another screenshot shows I opened Ghost back in December, and I finished my Labyrinth first path back mid last year in July.
None of this appears to make sense with the rewards that have been taken from me and I am deeply distressed - I have spent quite a lot of money recently in the game and have been stripped of many rewards!!

My guess is that you cheated to acquire them got banned and they took them from you, honestly some people should just get permanent ones
