Why didn't I get the units on the compensation you sent out it said I would get them but didn't receive them

If you haven't received the items in your in-game mail yet, please be patient as they are being sent out. If you did receive them but believe you didn't get everything, you will need to reach out to support directly for help. We cannot look at your account to verify it from the forums. You can open a ticket by going to the gear icon in game and choosing "Support."
