Take a trip down memory lane with me in MCOC. What has changed?

I have been playing the game since the first year it was available.

What made this game so great back then that got us to where we are now?

Then: A 4* was the highest champ you could have and you were lucky to get one to R4.
Now: 6* are available but slim to no chance to take them to R2.

Then: The daily crystals had 4* champs in them! That was always a fun pull to get one.
Now: You can still get a 4* in the Uncollected daily but they are not worth that much when you are uncollected. You usually get a few T4CC shards which takes 36k to form a full one

Then: There were no shards in the game. You got full cats or crystals when completing content.
Now: We get bits and pieces of crystals and catalyst.

Then: You could claim each milestone in any event including 3 day events.
Now: You have to wait 3 days to claim rewards for 3 day events and you have to wait 5 days to claim rewards from Alliance Quest.

Then: We all saw the a Base in the alliance tab that always said coming soon.
Now: They scraped that and introduced wars where the rewards were so bad that they had to come out with war seasons where you have to wait a month to claim season rewards.

Then: There was not all these crazy nodes. You knew exactly who you were fighting and how to fight them.
Now: You can fight the same champ in different modes of the game and find yourself having to play him differently based on the node he is on.

Then: No dungeons.
Now: You can play dungeons with crazy nodes which is actually the testing ground for the new nodes. Get shards for playing which takes a very long time to accumulate enough to earn another champ.
