Actually I know both but comparing all the stats,damage output and utility which is more useful overall

Depends on whether or not you’re running suicides. Domino would be better for most situations if you’re not.

If you have the Rulk and Masacre trinity then Domino for sure but Omega awakened can take down bleed immune champions easily.

I watched some videos and after some game play I am inclined towards omega red..
He is such a great utility
1)Poison immune
2)Bleed immune infact gain health from bleed node if will power mastery is on
3)Insane regeneration from (Sp1 and Sp3)
4)Great damage
5)Great counter for Korg and electro, zero return damage from shock or thorn
6)Power control using sp3
7)And finally that unblockable chance of tentacles damage.

In nutshell omega red has a regeneration of ghost rider and an attack of Archangel with all those immunity.

What if OR isn't dupped? Is he worth a r4 as a 5*?

You won’t crit like 30k damage with OR, if you relying on DOT, domino has it (even better than OR)

Despite all, what makes domino great is her ability accuracy reduction skills.
