Can there be a cooldown timer for Spiderman (Spark)'s heavy attack

It says there's a cooldown period of 30 seconds but I don't know when I can do a heavy attack again to rain power since there's no on screen timer.

Agree with you there should be cooldown timer it's hard to know when cooldown ends
