Permanent rotating level up events

Kabam you have mentioned in several post that you want to discourage hoarding as it prevents people advancing in the game as intended but one of the biggest reasons people hoard is waiting for level up events coming round. I have seen several threads on the forums with people complaining about the frequency of the level event and having to hold waiting for it. Is it not possible to run these continuously on a back to back basis?

I know we don’t have to wait for the event to level up but let’s face it most people do and it can be quite frustrating when it doesn’t appear for several days.

I mean, for 25 Units and an L1 Rev, you might as well just Rank whenever. Not to mention it's hard on Gold to try and do every Level-Up.

Yup. RNG for solo events is a stupid old system. Are we living in a Stone Age? Hell no
