version 23 crash , lag , poor performance

mcoc version 23
while in aq fighting had severe lag and frame rate issues to the point where any movement stopped completely
then a little window popped up and said
"unfortunately marvel contest of champions is not responding do you want to close it or wait"
then of course i lost my champ and was koed
