Epic 1.2 boss PI

So 1.1 boss Ronis has 17k PI and 1.2 boss Cull has 34k+ PI . Never seen such a high PI boss in EQ ch 1 before . Is it intended ?
PS. I was able to clear with Corvus but PI looks like a PI of ch 3 boss . Please correct me if I am wrong
