My friend got an in game offer that wasn’t available to me and this is what Kabam had to say.

    Hey there, as we've mentioned a few times in the past, we will sometimes run different offers for different players at different times. We know that this was going to be a popular offer among many of our Players, and one that many would like to see available to them. These offers are kept exclusive to different groups for many different reasons, including testing their impact on the game, or to better refine our information on what offers that our community finds interesting, and where their value is. This offers us metrics that we can combine with feedback from you guys to better inform us. We will be keeping an especially close eye on how this offer performs. It is definitely one that, if it achieves our goals, is one we would want to make available to more players. Also, keep in mind that posting private correspondence with the support team or a moderator is not allowed under the forum rules. Hope that helps clear things up!
