unit store broken, odd loading bar, game crashing

what is going on with my game?? the prices in units store aren't right, I have a strange buffer dial in the upper left all the time and an even stranger "downloading web cartridge" blue bar on the bottom of my screen which was followed by a crash???

    I'm not in the Ukraine nor have I been in quite some time. why am I seeing this and how can I change it back to $

    nevermind I fixed the currency issue. it just took forever.
