Use Awakening Gem on 5* Havok or Iceman??

I'm pretty torn on this decision so i figured i'd crowd source. I'm only one chapter short of 100% completion of Act 5, completed ROL, Haven't begun LOL and haven't even tried to become Cavalier. Thanks for the future input!
