Ghost phasing after sp1 vs 2

I can’t seem to figure out why you can phase immediately after an sp2 but not an sp1.

Maybe I’m missing something?

    Yes. You get passive precisions after using a special 1.
    You cant phase while you have them

    Ahhh, thanks man! Stinks when facing crossbones 6.1.5 and you want to fire an sp1 due to biohazard.

    You don’t have to fire a special because of biohazard just phase
