Medusa or VTD to r5?

I've got cap IW Domino blade and stark at r5. Cleared all content except act 6 and latest event quests.
VTD I use daily for aq. He has great synergies with blade and domino. Sig LVL 100. He is already insane when he gets 10 buffs.
Medusa is also sig LVL 100. Mainly use her for aw boss and occasionally. l use her to take down robot bosses etc. Also have Karnak and BB 6* for inhuman royal family synergy. Slightly higher prestige.
