Missing Unit Bundle Crystals

I purchased the Tony Starks briefcase unit bundle at the weekend containing the 6* shards and the crystals. I received the units but not the crystals and not even sure I received the 6* shards but can't recall exactly how many I had beforehand. I closed the game and reentered as this usually works but still have not received them. I submitted a ticket but am yet to receive a response. It's very frustrating to pay for something and have still not received it days later.
