Omega red and limbo

Omega red doesnt take damage from magiks limbo activated after reaching Power bar
He does take damage when magik gets limbo after activating special attack

I cannot explain that to me

If you fill a Special bar from magik with a Medium attack from Omega, you dont get limbo damage because the ability from Omega red

He doesn't have any mechanic to be immune to the limbo damage.
He does however have a mechanic to be immune to abilities that deal passive damage when he hits the enemy.

"Tentacles Hits reduce 100% of damage inflicted by enemy abilities that deal passive damage when they are struck."

But personally, in this case, I don't see why his ability would stop the damage from a damage over time ability to don't proc at all. It may be an exception for some reason, but if not then it's bugged, and he shouldn't avoid limbo damage at all.
