Emma's sp ignores Ghost's phasing

Ghost cannot be missed Emma's sp, when she is phasing.
it this intentional? or a bug?

do you have a video of this 'bug'?
It could be that her second hit is landing right after her phase ends, or you might unintentionally be dashing forward, or something else. Your original post is not very specific.
