Dr. Strange buff?

I feel Strange, who is one of the strongest characters in the MCU and mostly useless in MCOC really deserves a buff, or even a complete rework. Especially looking at some of the most recent champs, Strange’s mechanics could be so good and so cool, but right now they just aren’t.
