Antimatter Event Didn't last for 8 hours after opening

Hi, I believe the antimatter crystal event thing has not ended yet, but however after I opened one, it only lasted for 3 hours and after that event has ended. (No ongoing antimatter event) The other alliance member opened another one but it had nothing came up?
From the screenshot I guess I'm not reading it wrong, it still has 3 days and 22 hours before it ends?

    For the Crystals. If you opened a Bounty before they ended, it would have ended in less time because of the cutoff.

    I believe bounties ended about 1 hour 40 min ago. I think the crystals go longer in order to give time to be able to open them for the gold. That's all they are worth now. I think everyone would have been upset if they went away with the bounty missions and they didn't give everyone a little extra time to open them for the gold.
