1st attack against AI after special still missing, found a place to reproduce bug consistently.

I am still having problems missing the first attack when trying to punish a special. This is especially true against flyers (vision, IM, etc.). While they are coming down, I miss (no evade) fairly often.
If it helps the team, I found a place where I can consistently reproduce it. Using Killmonger against Vision in Realm of Legends, back Vision into the wall. Use KM's sp1 (counter charge). Just about every time vision throws his sp1, KM gets there too fast and completely misses. Again, it happens other places, but this is the easiest way to consistently reproduce it.
