Guillotine really needs a timer on her souls

what did you not undestand. her souls have multiple timers. it has a cooldown timer between how often you can gather souls, with synergies there is another cooldown for that as well. Then there is a timer for the loss of souls. That is atleast 3 distinct timers reslated to souls.

stacking passives has one timer. It does not have multiple timers. Shoot even if you stacked the gaining souls timers that would still require 2 distinct timers, one for gaining one for losing souls.

You didnt specify, I just pointed out there was multiple timers and you wanted to fight me on that, but there are.
