    Not really unless you’re changing alliances too often or joining an alliance without knowing the details of that allaince. Either way, seems like their problem. 4 Hours really isn’t a long time at all. People considering it a long time seem like the might participate in a bit of alli jumping. I like the idea. People join and leave allies too casually.
