I am working through 5.1, have done RTTL up to 4.1 and complete Master in monthly EQ.

Who would be best to rank up to become Uncollected?

    IMIW. the dupe makes him extremely useful for questing. Another plus is that majority, if not all of his buffs are passive. So for things like buffet, it makes things easier. He's a pretty good power control champ and he's got some pretty nice immunities. The plasma charges are awesome and you can get one from a SP2 and the a SP1 if you know how to combo properly. All in all, IMIW is a pretty well rounded champ.
