Selling t4cc for t5cc fragments - When will this be available?

Currently there is no option to sell t4cc (which should give 200 t5cc fragments and 3839 gold per catalyst sold). It is the only remaining catalyst that cannot be sold for fragments of the subsequent catalyst tier.
Can we expect this to be updated anytime soon? Perhaps the next update? Besides the Crystal Opening Whale I don't think anyone will be taking their 6* champs to r3 at an expedited rate because they were able to sell x225 t4cc (225 x 200 frag = 45000)
