AI Blocking Mid Combo & Mid SP

Is it normal that the AI is able to block mid being attacked by a combo/SP????? Like you're on your 3rd hit to do a 5-hit combo but then it blocks??

I'm not able to block the AI when I get combo-ed in the face, how come it only works one way?

    It only happens with some champions try writing down who is doing it next time so we can get this figured out. It happened to me a couple times. One time I got hit by the first part of a special attack and was able to recover and dodge the rest of it. Can't remember who it was against though.
